A man has been hospitalised with facial injuries, after an excavator accident at Uralla.
Emergency crews rushed to the scene before 3pm yesterday, after an object smashed through the equipment’s windscreen and struck the 45-year-old.
He was airlifted to Tamworth Hospital where he remains in a stable condition.
