A Northern Rivers man accused of threatening to kill Victoria’s Premier, Daniel Andrews, has faced court.
53-year-old Marco Faccio from Nimbin fronted Lismore Local Court today, charged with using a carriage service to threaten to kill last year.
Faccio allegedly sent emails to the Premier around the time Victoria began easing its strict covid lockdown.
His case was adjourned to May 18 for further mention.
He remains on strict conditional bail.
