WONDERFUL WALL ART IN WYONG

Three art installations have become popular attractions in Wyong.

If you let your eyes gaze up and down, floor art, wall art and hanging lanterns will all be spotted.

The fun, interactive wall murals on the historic Chapman Building have been carefully crafted by artist Trevor Dickson.

A passerby can pose for a photo as ‘the strongest kid in Wyong’ or under ‘the famous Wyong lolly shower’.

In Tightrope Lane, 3D optical illusion pavement artworks can be found on the floor with bamboo lanterns made by Ken O’Regan showering above.

The artist duo Ruby Kistler and Zac Craig were the creators of the floor art.

The vibrant additions to the area are all part of an initiative, to boost the arts culture of Wyong and attract visitors to under-utilised spaces.

Central Coast Council is hoping the more people the art attracts, the bigger the benefit for local business and residents.
