CUDGEN COME FROM BEHIND TO WIN U11 GIRLS BOARD RELAY

At the New South Wales Junior Surf Life Saving Championships, Cudgen Headland have come from behind to win the under-11 girls board relay.
In one of the most exciting finishes of the carnival, the team powered home – sprinting up the beach in the last leg to beat Newport.
“I just really wanted to get first again because state’s pretty big so it’s really cool getting first,” Isabella Arghyros said.
74 competitors from across the Far North Coast took part in the championships.
