TAMWORTH BUSINESS CHAMBER LAUNCHES ‘THINK LOCAL, SHOP LOCAL’ CAMPAIGN

More than 80 Tamworth businesses are hoped to receive a boost, as part of the annual ‘Think Local, Shop Local’ campaign.
The Business Chamber initiative injected more than $1.5-million into the economy in 2019, but was canned last year due to COVID.
In a bid to rev up local spending, shoppers purchasing more than $30 at participating stores will go in the draw to win a car.
“To ensure we retain a strong retail and business sector, our community must think local and shop local first.”
The campaign runs until May 5.
