BLUEFEST RECEIVES THE STATE GOVERNMENT’S TICK OF APPROVAL

In some positive news for the North Coast entertainment industry, the state government has approved Bluesfest’s COVID-safety plan.
Organisers say capacity will be approximately half of the festival’s usual numbers.
Masks will not need to be worn during the five-day event in April.
“I’ve been working on that with New South Wales Health as well as the Events Taskforce for many months now because I said if you can get a COVID-safety plan up for sport don’t tell me there’s not a way for live music events,” Director, Peter Noble OAM, said.
Tickets are on-sale now via the Bluesfest website.
