LOADED GUN FOUND IN CAR

A Woy Woy teenager has been refused bail – after a loaded pistol was allegedly found in his car.

Police pulled the 19-year-old man over on Moore Street in West Gosford shortly before 2 o’clock this morning.

Officers say they found the weapon underneath the driver’s seat, along with cannabis, MDMA and cash.

He’ll face Gosford Local Court later this month.
