COVID RESTRICTIONS TO BE ROLLED BACK
The New South Wales Premier has announced restrictions will be lifted, after the state marked a 10th day without any locally transmitted COVID cases.
From midnight this Friday, 30 people are allowed inside a home while 300 people will be allowed to attend weddings and funerals.
Gladys Berejiklian says it’s still mandatory to wear a mask on public transport, but not in retail or hospitality venues.
The one person per two square metres rule is likely to be relaxed in a fortnight if case numbers remain low.
