BALLINA JOCKEY CLUB PREPARES FOR BIGGEST EVENT OF THE YEAR

One of the Northern Rivers’ largest annual racing events – Ballina Cup Day – will go ahead tomorrow, albeit in front of a smaller than usual crowd.

Racing will begin from midday, with between 900 and 1000 people expected to be trackside.

The feature race has attracted a strong field, with $30,000 in prize money up for grabs.
