MOTHER NATURE CARVES WHALE FROM SANDBANK

The Entrance Channel’s sandbars might be the bugbear of residents but a birdseye view reveals their beauty.

Central Coast photographer Jim Picot was flying his drone when he realised the embankment looked like… a whale.

A little editing was needed to smooth out the tail but Mother Nature did the majority of the work.
