FLOOD WARNING ISSUED FOR PARTS OF NORTH COAST

The Bureau of Meteorology has issued a flood warning for the North Coast this afternoon.
Rainfall has the potential to cause minor flooding across the Orara River and Richmond River and Wilsons River catchments.
There are also warnings for the Paroo River and Bellinger River.
People near rivers and streams in the area should monitor the latest weather forecasts and warnings, and be ready to move to higher ground if flooding develops.
Reporter Georgia Schefe will have more for our North Coast viewers, tonight at six.
