Today marks 159 days since the last case of coronavirus was locally acquired on the Northern Rivers.
The Northern New South Wales Local Health District has now conducted more than 90,000 tests this year, with more than 2,500 of them done over the Christmas period.
Authorities are still urging anyone with even the mildest of symptoms to get tested.
