A second Central Coast resident has tested positive to COVID-19,
The case is linked to the Avalon Cluster and all close contacts have been identified and are self-isolating.
It comes as a raft of restrictions are being re-introduced, across the region.
Meantime, businesses on the Peninsula, say they’re beginning to feel pinch of the Northern Beaches lockdown.
