SALVATION ARMY SPREADS CHRISTMAS CHEER IN TAMWORTH

Tamworth Salvation Army volunteers came together this morning, to put on a last minute Christmas celebration.
The team had planned a community picnic but, due to forecasted rain, it had to be cancelled.
Guests were instead treated to an indoor lunch – complete with goodie bags and a sausage sizzle.
“There’s been smiles, there’s been kids, people are being fed, people are being loved on, people have had community. My joy bubble is just bubbling over today.”
