Calala Lane was closed to motorists for more than two hours last night following a single vehicle crash.
It’s understood a small sedan skidded in the wet and crashed into a tree at around 7.
A 45-year-old female driver was trapped for over an hour before being taken to hospital with leg and spinal injuries.
A male passenger escaped uninjured.
