NYXIE RYAN WINS U18s AUSTRALIAN JUNIOR ONLINE SURF CHAMPIONSHIPS

Lennox Head’s Nyxie Ryan has taken out the under-18 women’s division in the Australian Junior Online Surf Championships.

Mick Fanning was on-hand to announce the winners of the competition in an online video.

Ryan scored 13.53 points – her nearest rival Raya Campbell from Coolangatta scored 12.10.

Ryan has now been selected in the Australian Junior Surfing Team to compete at next year’s World Junior Surfing Championships.
