A woman has suffered serious injuries to both her arms after being bitten by a dog in Goonellabah this morning.
Emergency services were called to a Taylor Road home shortly before midday.
The 66-year-old was taken by ambulance to Lismore Base Hospital.
Police are investigating the incident.
