$500,000 CASH SPLASH AT KYOGLE’S AQUATIC CENTRE

Kyogle’s upgraded aquatic centre has opened just in time for the summer school holidays.

The half-a-million-dollar redevelopment includes a kids’ splash park, improved disability access to the pools, as well as new amenities.

“Over here we’re going to bring the gym up from the showgrounds and put the community gym up here so it will be a sports arena,” Kyogle Mayor, Danielle Mulholland, said.

Council’s seeking funding from the state and federal governments so construction on the arena can begin.
