FIVE PEOPLE LUCKY NOT TO BE HIT BY A LIGHTNING BOLT

Five people were treated by paramedics today, after they were almost hit by lightning during a sudden storm in the Hunter Valley.

Ambulance officers say the group was extremely lucky it didn’t take a direct hit… or the situation could have been far worse.
