The first trough has cleared into the Tasman with the second firing up more storms across eastern NSW this afternoon mostly affecting the Greater Hunter.
It is quite cool across Victoria and the SE in comparison to central Australia, that’s baking under extreme heat which will reach us on Monday.
The large high will move across the region this weekend. This will make for a fine start with southerly winds fanning the Central Coast/Newcastle region to the Coffs Coast.
Elsewhere, temperatures will soar into the 30s and only get hotter peaking on Monday.
