RFS VOLUNTEERS KEPT BUSY ON THE FAR NORTH COAST

Firefighters have been kept on their toes as they continue to monitor blazes burning at Peacock Creek and Roseberry Creek

Both are under control and pose no threat to property at this time.

An advice-level fire is also burning at Brandy Arm Creek south of Woodburn.

The Bureau of Meteorology has issued a very high fire danger rating for the Northern Rivers this weekend.
