10-METRE LONG HUMPBACK WHALE WASHES UP AT ILUKA

Yet another whale has washed up on a North Coast beach, this time at Iluka.
Residents spotted the 10-metre long humpback whale on the shore at Sharks Bay this morning and contacted authorities.
National Parks used an excavator to remove the whale, which has now been taken to landfill.
It’s the third whale to wash up on the Far North Coast in the past 8 weeks.
