CCTV RELEASED IN MOUNT HUTTON BOTTLE SHOP ROBBERY
Police investigating an armed robbery at Lake Macquarie have released footage they believe could help solve the crime.
The incident occurred on September 27, when a man entered a Wilsons Road bottle shop at Mount Hutton just after 6pm and threatened a 24-year-old shop attendent with a firearm.
The thief demanded cash before fleeing the scene.
He was last seen heading east towards South Street, Windale.
Lake Macquarie Police District established a crime scene and commenced an investigation.
As inquiries continue, detectives have released CCTV footage of a man who may be able to assist police with their investigation.
He is described as being between 180cm to 185cm tall, wearing dark clothing, with his face and hands covered.
