ALLEGED UPSKIRTING INCIDENT IN LADIES TOILETS IN WINGHAM

Manning-Great Lakes police have charged a man, after he allegedly took inappropriate photos of women in toilet cubicles at a Wingham shopping centre.

Police say the 35-year-old positioned his phone under the cubicle door of a teenage girl.

A number of devices were seized as part of their investigation.

“His mobile phone particularly was examined and investigators are looking at other images on the phone with may confirm further charges,” said Chief Insp Tony Power.

The man was granted conditional bail and will face Taree Local Court on September 10.
