TENDERS CALLED FOR DUNGOWAN DAM

Tenders are being called for the construction of Dungowan Dam.

Member for Tamworth, Kevin Anderson, says the dam is the first to be built in the city since 1987.

Construction is expected to generate hundreds of jobs, and local contractors are encouraged to jump onboard.

“Whether it’s in construction, earth moving, water, plumbing, drainage, you name it… Heavy earth-moving equipment, for example, bulldozers, get on the Water New South Wales portal and see what you can do to get yourself on the project of building Dungowan Dam!”
