PADDLE OUT COMMEMORATES SHARK ATTACK VICTIM NICK SLATER

Rocked by a spate of recent shark attacks along Australia’s east coast, the surfing community today came together to pay tribute to one of their own.

Novocastrian Nick Slater, whose life was taken by a Great White on the Gold Coast, was today remembered as a ‘top bloke’.
