EARLY MORNING BLAZE AT TWEED HEADS SHOPPING COMPLEX

Dozens of firefighters were called to an Autobarn at Tweed Heads South shortly before 6 o’clock this morning.

Surrounding businesses, including Bunnings, were forced shut for several hours as crews worked to control a blaze.

It’s unknown how the fire started in the back loading area of the premises.

Police are investigating.
