As the weather warms up, we’re being reminded to keep an eye out for increased snake activity.
Sightings have been on the rise throughout Tamworth, with one ‘big brown’ even spotted making its way through Bicentennial Park this week.
There has also been an increase in reports of the unwanted guests in backyards.
If you see a snake – keep your distance, remain calm and notify WIRES or a qualified snake handler.
