MAN CHARGED AFTER ALLEGEDLY PRINTING GUNS WITH 3D PRINTER

Police have charged a Northern Rivers man with manufacturing a gun using a 3D printer.

Officers say they searched a home at Geneva, near Kyogle, yesterday morning and found firearm parts, ammunition and cannabis.

The 23-year-old fronted Lismore Local Court today where he did not apply for bail.

The case returns to court next Wednesday.
