YAMBIA RIOT CASE THROWN OUT OF COURT

A magistrate has dropped all charges relating to the 2010 Valentines Day Yamba Riot.
Two police officers were injured and a paddy wagon torched during a wild party.
10 people were charged with riot and malicious damage offences and have been facing Grafton Local Court.
Four people had earlier been cleared, and today the remaining six people were let off.
The court earlier ruled the police were trespassing when they refused to leave the party in the industrial estate.
It is criminal that a Police vehicle was burnt, but THE MOST ATROCIOUS CRIME was that officers of the NSW Police Force would lie to convict innocent people resulting in up to 15 years in jail.
IMAGINE 15 YEARS IN JAIL THROUGH DECEPTION BY A NSW POLICE OFFICER
If the judge can not believe the POLICE, WHO CAN?
“Mr Andrews said in Grafton Local Court. ”If police are prepared not to be honest in such matters, how can a court be prepared to consider their evidence seriously?”
