With a week to go before racing at Mount Panorama gets underway, Lismore driver Nathan Herne’s battle to compete in the Bathurst 1000 continues.
The 18-year-old was denied a license late last month due to a lack of supercar experience.
But Gary Rogers Motorsport is hoping to have that decision reversed, with the case to go before the Motor Sport Appeals Court in the coming days.
The team’s car was loaded into a transporter today for the trip south.
