Tossers beware – Tamworth Regional Council is clamping down on illegal dumpers, after piles of trash were located around the city’s Waste Management Facility.
Enforcement officers will be patrol the dump over the next few weeks, to ensure locals secure, cover and dispose of their waste correctly.
Fines of up to $1,500 will be issued to those who don’t follow the rules.
