Councils across the Northern Rivers have today welcomed new citizens in ceremonies unlike any other.
In Lismore, ten new Australians took the public pledge of commitment, but no singing was allowed during the national anthem due to the pandemic.
Meanwhile, in Ballina Mayor David Wright welcomed four new residents.
