CAT-ASTROPHE AVOIDED AS TAMWORTH FIRIES PULL KITTENS TO SAFETY

Tamworth firefighters helped avoid a cat-astrophe yesterday, after a group of kittens were spotted on the roof of business in Peel Street.
Leaping into action, the crew managed to reach the cuddly creatures and get them to safety just after 1pm.
They’ve been taken to Tamworth Regional Council Pound, where they’ll be put up for adoption if not claimed.
