The Pacific Highway upgrade between Woolgoogla and Ballina reaches yet another milestone tomorrow, with the 15km section from the Iluka turnoff to Devils Pulpit opening to motorists.
The upgrade also includes a new southbound rest area at Mororo, offering shaded seating and toilets for motorists travelling through.
