The humble postie bike is the centre of attention at Maitland this weekend with 100 riders setting out for a rally through the Hunter to launch the Postie Bike Nationals.
Today’s ride attracted both original and modified versions of the Aussie classic for a four hour cruise before returning to the Maitland Steamfest Rally ground.
The event continues tomorrow with letterbox races, a burn out competition and show and shine.
