GAV’S WEATHER | WARMER DAYS AHEAD

There’s clear across the majority of the nation, and this is a sign of what’s ahead for the rest of this week.

The last of the cold air is lingering over the south-east.

Each day will now get warmer, and the nights a little milder.

Two highs are now ready to link up, forming a belt in the mid latitudes. That is going to make sure the fine weather continues, allowing day time maximums to get higher and higher each day, peaking on the weekend for most.

Another chilly start, with more inland frosts to begin the day.

Light to moderate winds, mostly sunny skies, with temperature now set to get warmer and warmer.
