SES ISSUE WARNING TO CAMPERS ACROSS THE NORTHERN RIVERS

“Batten down the hatches” – that’s the message from the SES to those in the Northern Rivers.

Heavy rainfall, that may produce flooding, is forecast for Monday through to Wednesday.

The Service is particularly worried about campers, as strong winds move in from tomorrow.

The Bureau of Meteorology says there’s a high degree of uncertainty around the weather system, as it moves south from Queensland.
