“BUCKLE UP” CAMPAIGN URGES FARMERS TO WEAR SEATBELTS

Farmers are being urged to “buckle up” following a spate of fatal accidents in side-by-side vehicles.

In the past year, seven people have still lost their lives while using one.

The State Government offers safety rebates to help farmers, including $600 for rollover protection and $90 for the purchase of a helmet.

SafeWork New South Wales also runs free side-by-side vehicle accredited training.
