POLICE INVESTIGATING BRAWL AT WOOLGOOLGA

Coffs-Clarence police are investigating a brawl that broke out in Woolgoolga, north of Coffs Harbour, yesterday afternoon.

It began with a couple of teenage boys going ‘toe to toe’ on the footpath, before others joined the fight, which then spilled onto the road.

The entire incident was caught on camera, which shows the group punching, kicking and throwing each other around.

Superintendent Steve Clarke says significant resources were tasked to Woolgoolga today.

“It is disgusting, we feel for the people out there who had to see this happen in the street, I can assure them police are well onto this and will conduct a full investigation.”
