A Sydney couple has been fined more than $11,000 over a dog attack in Byron Bay last year.
The incident occurred at Suffolk Park just days after Christmas.
An unrestrained American Staffordshire terrier attacked a dachshund, which had to be euthanised.
The dachshund’s owner suffered leg injuries.
