A Banora Point man has been charged after allegedly breaching COVID-19 health orders.
Police allege the 38-year-old refused to provide a Tweed Heads hotel with his ID yesterday and didn’t leave the venue.
He’s also been charged with intimidating a police officer.
He’ll remain behind bars, to reappear at Tweed Heads Local Court in October.
