Byron Bay’s busking ban has been extended until early next year to help locals comply with public health orders.
Over the weekend, police were called to Apex Park to move on a large crowd watching the musicians.
A 48-year-old man was charged after allegedly refusing to comply.
He’ll appear in Byron Bay Local Court later this month.
