NORTH BYRON PARKLANDS SEEKING TRIAL EXTENSION

North Byron Parklands has asked the Department of Planning and Environment to extend its five year operating trial.

Site managers are seeking a 20 month extension, that would allow significant events to proceed, while their application for permanent operating approval is assessed.

Each year, the Yelgun site hosts several major events, including Splendour in the Grass and Falls Festival.
