SES ISSUES WARNING WITH WET AND WILD WEATHER FORECAST FROM SUNDAY

Northern Rivers residents are being urged to clean up around the house and yard with heavy rainfall and strong winds forecast over the coming days.

The SES is reminding home owners to check roofs, gutters and down pipes, trim tree branches and secure outdoor items.

The weather system is predicted to develop on Sunday, with hazardous surf conditions likely.
