CALL FOR TENDERS FOR MAJOR TAREE PRECINCT DEVELOPMENT

Construction is set to begin on a major development in Taree, with a call for tenders for the ‘Fig Trees on the Manning’ precinct.

The multi-million dollar project plans to revitalise the waterfront, and will include cycleways, nature walks and residential and commercial development.

$8.5 million was secured by the Federal Government early last year, to fund the public infrastructure.

Construction will begin in the next few months.
