GAV’S WEATHER | FROSTY, FOGGY START FOR MANY

Skies are generally clear across most of the nation today, and another fine day will follow tomorrow.

Fronts are clipping the far SE of the country, maintaining the south to westerly airflow locally.

As the low slowly makes its way across the Tasman, more cold, polar air will be driven north.

This will keep temperatures down in the coming days, with cold nights and widespread inland frosts.
