A man has fronted court after a Woy Woy public housing unit was destroyed by fire.
The Railway Street flat caught alight around 5 o’clock on Wednesday afternoon.
A 57-year-old resident was later charged with damaging property by fire.
He’s been refused bail to face Gosford Local Court in July.
