NORTHERN NSW FOOTBALL URGING PARENTS TO VOLUNTEER WITH LOCAL CLUBS

Northern New South Wales Football is urging parents to volunteer at their local club.

The call comes as the junior football season announced it’ll recommence in July.

“There are lots of ways that clubs can call on the contribution the volunteers make and we’re always encouraging more people to come forward and say, what can I do to help the club, because ultimately, it’s probably your child that the club is helping.”

Volunteer roles include everything from packing down fields, working in the canteen or even helping communicate to other players and families.
