FOOTBRIDGE CLOSE TO REOPENING

More than a year after it was damaged by vandals, the Oil Terminal Footbridge at South West Rocks is close to reopening.
Kempsey Shire Council hopes to finish building the new bridge by Friday, in time for the long weekend.
The $160,000 replacement has a similar design to its wooden predecessor, but boasts a wider deck.
